Bright Tool Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-10

Who we are

Bright Tool Studio is a portfolio of free online utilities operated by ThinkStack Limited, registered office at 51 Bracken Road, Sandyford, Dublin, D18 CV48, Ireland. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have when you use brighttoolstudio.com and its tools.

Questions or privacy requests: [email protected].

The short version

What data we collect

Tool inputs

Most tools in this portfolio run entirely client-side. The text, files, images, or other inputs you place into a tool stay on your device unless that tool explicitly tells you otherwise on its page.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and reports aggregate usage metrics such as page URL, referrer, country, browser family, and performance data.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure usage trends and on-page events. GA4 may use cookies or similar identifiers. We configure GA4 with IP anonymization and without Google Signals.

Advertising

Bright Tool Studio does not currently load Google AdSense or another ad network on the live portfolio pages. Some tools keep hidden integration hooks in the markup so approved monetization can be added later without restructuring the UI. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the ad code ships.

Cookies and similar technologies

Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers for measurement and aggregated reporting if consent is granted. Because AdSense is not live today, there is no ad network cookie flow on the live portfolio pages.

You can manage or disable cookies in your browser. Blocking cookies may affect analytics behavior, but the core tools are designed to remain usable.

Ad choices and opt-out paths

Because Bright Tool Studio does not currently serve AdSense on the live portfolio pages, there is no on-site ad personalisation setting to manage today. If advertising goes live later, this section will be updated with the relevant controls and opt-out paths.

Legal basis

Where UK or EU data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests for privacy-friendly analytics. If we introduce advertising later, we will document the applicable legal basis here before it goes live.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or port personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Email [email protected] to make a request.

Data retention and transfers

We do not maintain our own separate store of tool-input data for tools that run in-browser. Analytics data is retained according to the settings and policies of Google and Cloudflare. Those providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, using their standard transfer safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, the date at the top of this page will change.
